I have learned the value of dabbling.   By dabbling in adjacent fields one can begin to see connections and the world can make more sense.  Most of my work intercepts between data and society.  I just like to sprinkle in a bit of western psychological research and a bit of eastern transpersonal philosophy.

Transpersonal psychology encompasses a holistic approach to therapy, integrating the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience.
As a transpersonal psychotherapist, I specialize in exploring the depths of human consciousness and facilitating transformative experiences.  I am deeply committed to guiding individuals on journeys of self-discovery, tapping into the  wisdom of the subconscious mind and navigating various states of consciousness to promote healing, growth, and self-realization.
Through a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic process, clients are empowered to access their inner wisdom, explore existential questions, and cultivate greater self-awareness and authenticity in their lives.
I use both traditional and less traditional approaches based on research into how the human mind and body heal optimally.  My eclectic  treatment approach includes Humanistic, Brief Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Existential, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Guided imagery, Gestalt, Family Systems and others.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the States of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Massachusetts.  I also hold a Masters in Counseling with a concentration on schools and couples/family therapy from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
BACKGROUND
In Austin Texas, I worked closely with Communities in Schools of Austin and the DelValle Opportunity Center where I counseled at-risk students and their families to increase success in areas of both personal and academic life.   I also worked closely with pregnant teens, teenage parenting, and supported adolescents in the juvenile rehabilitation system.  In addition, I ran a private practice where my focus was on individuals, marriage and family therapy.
I moved from Austin to Colorado in 2005 where I worked closely with like-minded private psychotherapy practices in the Denver Metropolitan area.  She also gained training and experience in EMDR Level I & II and  PrePare and Enrich.  During that time I treated individuals, couples and families with a variety of issues and developed my specialty areas: children and adolescents with identity challenges, adoptees, anxiety/depression, grief/loss, family/parenting, self-image/confidence issues, and working with schools.
Today, my practice seems to be incorporating my Tech expertise which began prior to pursuing my counseling license and it has evolved into heightened focus on technology addiction.  I realized a need to investigate the impact of technology on behavior with many of my clients.
